User Experience Design

When people hear the words User Experience (UX), they usually think of visual design, front-end programming, or interface design. The User Experience Professionals Association defines UX as every aspect of a user’s interaction with a product, service, or company that make up the user’s perceptions of the whole

So when we talk about the UX of content, we’re talking about making sure the content you have meets these standards. Don’t get me wrong, we want to help you create more of the good stuff, too, but our first goal with content is to figure out how to do it better, not just how to make more. That doesn’t mean you won’t make more, but you’ll also do more with that new content. Remember

‘Does it better’ will always beat ‘did it first.’

In a nutshell, if your product is not usable, its a crappy product not matter how brilliant the features are
